Born from Passion,
Built on Dough

Green Lantern Pizza was born in 1998 when Tony & Maria Rossetti decided to bring a taste of their family's old-world Italian pizza tradition to Clinton Township, Michigan. Starting from a tiny 800 sq ft space on 15 Mile Road, they hand-stretched every dough ball and simmered every batch of sauce the same way Tony's grandmother taught him back in Detroit.

What began as a neighborhood secret quickly became the go-to pizza destination for families, sports teams, and late-night cravings across Macomb County. Word spread the way great food always does — one honest slice at a time.

Today, we're still at the same corner, still using the same recipes, still hand-tossing every pie. We've grown, but we haven't changed what makes us us.

Our Mission & Values

Everything we do comes back to one thing: making pizza that brings people together and keeps them coming back.

Uncompromising Quality

We never cut corners on ingredients. Every pizza starts with premium dough, real mozzarella, and house-made sauce — no shortcuts, no substitutes.

Community Roots

Clinton Township is home. We hire locally, source locally, and give back locally. Your pizza supports real neighbors and real families.

Fresh Every Day

We prep fresh daily — never frozen, never reheated. If it's not fresh, it doesn't leave our kitchen. That's a promise we've kept since 1998.

Genuine Hospitality

Walk in as a customer, leave as family. Every order is handled with care and every customer matters — whether it's your first or five-hundredth slice.

A History Worth Tasting

Two and a half decades of dough, community, and bold flavors — here's how we got here.

1998

The First Slice

Tony & Maria Rossetti open Green Lantern Pizza on 15 Mile Road with just two stone-deck ovens, five menu items, and a line that wrapped around the block on opening day.

2003

Best Pizza in Macomb County

Voted "Best Local Pizza" by the Macomb Daily for the first of many consecutive years. The award still hangs in the front window, a little crooked, just as Tony likes it.

2008

The Big Expansion

We doubled our kitchen space and added our signature wood-fired appetizer menu. The dine-in area opened, turning carry-out customers into regulars who stayed for hours.

2014

Catering Takes Off

Our catering division launched after years of community events. From Little League banquets to corporate lunches, we brought our ovens to the people — and they loved it.

2019

Second Generation Takes the Helm

Tony & Maria's daughter Sofia Rossetti joined as General Manager, bringing fresh ideas, a new seasonal menu, and a deep respect for the original recipes that built the legend.

2024

25 Years & Still Slicing

Green Lantern Pizza celebrates 25 years with a full menu refresh, online ordering launch, and a block party that drew over 2,000 neighbors. The next chapter starts now.

The People Behind the Pizza

Every great pizza starts with great people. Meet the passionate crew that makes Green Lantern run every single day.
